1. Open your Google Chrome browser, and make sure you're on your work profile (create your work profile first before following these steps!)

2. Type in 1Password Chrome Extension into the Chrome address bar.

Select the official 1Password chrome extension link (it should be the first on the list).

5. Allow it the default permissions by clicking Add Extension.

6. Once it's done being added, click on the puzzle piece and Pin 1password so that it's always available in the Browser extensions list.

7. Sign in to 1Password - if you do not have an account, go here: https://trustednursestaffing.1password.com/teamjoin/invitation/MRH6YYX7BNEMRLL5UK47O5BSMI and finish creating an account before moving forward.

8. Assuming you have an account, fill in all three sections from your Emergency Kit (or from memory if you're able to).
