How to log into Dialpad (and fix most issues)

1. If you're clicking on the Dialpad app icon on your Taskbar and it's not opening up, follow the next two steps to force close it. Otherwise, jump straight to Step 3 for log in directions.

2. Right-click on the Taskbar and select Task Manager.

3. This window will open up. You're going to right-click on the Dialpad entry (you may need to scroll to find it) and then select "End Task".

4. It should disappear from the list in a few seconds.

5. You should be able to open back up the Dialpad app via the shortcut on your Desktop or through the Windows Start Menu, and it'll immediately get you to a login screen. If it automatically logs you in, you're set! If not, continue on to see how to properly log in.


6. First, select Log in with another provider.

7. This will give you a domain prompt. Type in trustednursestaffing.com (regardless of your actual email address) and hit Submit.

8. This will open a new tab in your most-recent Chrome browser window.

9. This will open a new tab in Chrome. You'll need to log in to the web portal if you're not already, and then it will automatically redirect you back to Dialpad., It may give you this following warning, which you can checkbox ON if you wish, and then simply click Open Dialpad.

10. Dialpad should open up and automatically log you in. At that point, you should be set!
