1. Open up a web browser - generally, we recommend Chrome, but Firefox or Edge will work just as well.

3. and log in. If you've logged in previously, it will likely already have your login name saved.

4. Enter your password...

5. and your two-factor authentication code.

6. Then click your initials on the top-right...

7. and choose "My Microsoft 365 Profile"

8. In your profile page, select "Update profile"...

9. and then click the camera icon above your name.

10. Upload your photo...

11. moving it as needed to fit within the circle properly.

12. then click apply...

then click apply...

13. and then Done, and you're set! You may need to wait up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate across all of Microsoft. but it should start changing in about fifteen minutes.
